Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, internal communications, and public relations
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities

  • Craft and distribute internal communications, including staff emails, newsletters, and announcements
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent and effective messaging
  • Maintain an internal communications calendar and ensure timely delivery of messages
  • Act as an extension of the employee experience team to shepherd and amplify key brand messages that drive engagement, awareness, and satisfaction to internal customers (employees)
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Create compelling content, including posts, graphics, and videos, tailored to our target audience
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance and report on key metrics
  • Monitor and steward our brand externally on platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor
  • Write and edit press releases to promote company news, product launches, and achievements
  • Act as a cross-functional coordinator for press releases, media inquiries, and influencer marketing
  • Monitor media coverage and compile reports on PR activities and outcomes
