Summary
Join PairSoft as a detail-oriented and client-focused Software Consultant! In this remote role (preferably from the Netherlands, UK, or Finland), you will implement, configure, and customize software solutions for clients. You will collaborate with clients, provide technical expertise, and ensure seamless software integration. This position requires strong communication, analytical, and project management skills, along with experience in SaaS implementation consulting. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in similar SaaS implementation consulting role
- Proven experience in software implementation, configuration, and support
- Excellent English communication skills in writing and speaking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Available to travel on an as needed basis up to 25%
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and design software solutions that align with their needs
- Configure, implement, and customize software solutions, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during software deployment and post-implementation phases
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the software meets client expectations and business objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues during and after the implementation process
- Identify project risk and collaborate with the Project Manager to solve it
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and project deliverables
- Train clients and end-users on the softwareβs functionality and features
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery
- Diligently track and log project time in our system
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules and systems
