Summary

Join Sync.com as an experienced NodeJS developer to lead the development of our NodeJS-based SDK. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the SDK meets business requirements and is delivered on time. Maintain and improve the SDK's security, performance, and scalability. Contribute to the growth of our engineering team through code reviews and knowledge sharing. This role requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building NodeJS applications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven track record of maintaining an SDK/API over time
• Strong technical leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of API security best practices
• Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Familiarity with security protocols (e.g. SSL/TLS, VPNs, firewalls)
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery pipelines

• Design and implement the NodeJS-based SDK to support internal applications as well as commercial partners and the open source community
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SDK meets business requirements
• Lead development efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product's technical requirements and industry trends
• Ensure SDK security, performance, and scalability
