Software Engineer

Summary

Join Reddit's ML Ranking Platform team as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer and contribute to personalizing Reddit's content for millions of users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build and deploy sophisticated machine learning models, and run experiments to improve user experience. This fully remote-friendly role requires 4+ years of experience with deep learning models and end-to-end model deployment. You'll be responsible for owning projects from ideation to production, working closely with architects, product managers, and machine learning experts. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with industry-level deep learning models
• 4+ years of end-to-end experience of training, evaluating, testing, and deploying industry-level models
• 2+ years of experience with mainstream ML frameworks (such as Tensorflow and Pytorch)
• Successful track record of applying machine learning techniques in addressing real-world problems
• Passionate about building delightful products for users

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on projects with other Ranking Foundation and Core Experience engineers where you’ll apply Machine Learning to personalization, discovery and recommendation problems
• Build and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to improve experiences for millions of users
• Run experiments, evaluate results and advocate for a decision with next steps
• Collaborate across disciplines and with other ML teams at Reddit

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in content recommendations, and content personalization is a plus
