Summary
Join StackAdapt, a self-serve advertising platform, as a Full Stack Engineer and contribute to the development of our advertising platform. You will design, improve, and debug complex, scalable distributed systems, promote software development best-practices, and conduct rigorous code reviews. You'll work with large datasets and modern tech stacks (GoLang, Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL). The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and taking ownership of projects. StackAdapt is a Remote First company, open to North American candidates. Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time work experience building highly performant web applications
- Knowledge of React and Javascript/Typescript
Responsibilities
- Design, improve, and debug complex, scalable distributed systems
- Promote software development best-practices and conduct rigorous code reviews
- Plan ahead and architect scalable web APIs, component library and backend systems
- Rigorously identify and solve technical challenges
- Take responsibility and ownership of projects from start to finish
- Contribute to code reviews and technical spec reviews
- Mentor junior full stack engineers
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous engineering experience working in marketing technology and CDP is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Redux, Ruby on Rails and GraphQL is highly preferred
- Experience with leading a client-facing project end-to-end, from design to delivery
- Experience collaborating closely with product and design teams to design, implement and iterate on high impact end-to-end product experiences
