Software Engineer I

Summary

Join Ethena, a compliance platform company, as a Software Engineer I and contribute to our product development team. Requirements

• Mastery of computer science fundamentals, either via a college degree, alternative schooling, or extensive practical experience
• Some experience working on an agile software development team
• Experience with Javascript/Typescript, MySQL, React or Next.js
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, database migrations, logs & monitoring, and other production development concepts

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack software using Typescript, MySQL, React, and Next.js
• Own features from the idea phase through to production
• Help us maintain a high-quality and nimble codebase
• Collaborate with other engineers, designers, product managers, and members of the wider Ethena team

Benefits

• The annual starting salary for this position is $135,000 USD / $173,000 CAD annually
• We provide 20 days of paid time off per year (prorated from your start date) in addition to all 11 federal holidays* and unlimited paid sick leave
