Requirements
- BS+ in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with at least one high-level general-purpose language such as Python, Java, C#, Javascript, etc
- 3-5 years of full stack development experience in the following areas: Expertise in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, Javascript, node.js
- Experience with one or more cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc)
- Experience in codified infrastructure code like Terraform
- Experience with advanced SQL skills and commonly used database engines (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, DB2, etc.)
- Expertise with common code repositories (GitHub, BitBuckets, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Experience with code reviews and participating in the PR process
- Experience in container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience designing and implementing technical solutions
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
- Solutions oriented attitude with a willingness to take ownership
- Proven communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in both the design and architecture of high-quality software systems that are maintainable and scalable
- Write clean code to develop high-functioning systems
- Validate functionality of applications and implement automated tests to catch regressions
- Review code and fix bugs
- Collaborate with teammates and internal teams to improve products
- Assist in mentoring junior members of the team to follow engineering best practices
