Summary

This is a mid-level software engineering role for an individual contributor with 2-5 years of experience in designing and developing software applications using .Net and C#. The candidate must have proficiency in SQL performance troubleshooting and tuning, be familiar with Microsoft Visual Studio IDE and Azure DevOps or Jira, and have practical experience with Agile development methodologies. The employee will support and develop software solutions for PDI products, troubleshoot and resolve software issues, perform engineering level tests, partner with Product Management, and work in an Agile environment. Requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience designing and developing new or maintaining existing software applications in a software product development environment
• Minimum proficiency required in all of the following: .Net and C#
• Proficiency required in SQL performance troubleshooting and tuning
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Visual Studio IDE and the use of Azure DevOps or Jira
• Practical experience with Agile development methodologies

Responsibilities

• Actively support and develop software solutions for PDI products
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues with due urgency and maintain thorough documentation of all software solutions
• Perform engineering level tests to find defects; troubleshoot and debug production issues
• Partner with Product Management to consult on solution feasibility and high-level effort estimation
• Prepare and provide case status and risk assessments to their manager with appropriate levels of detail to ensure customer issues are properly escalated and prioritized
