The role requires 7+ years of production-ready RESTful web services experience, 2+ years of engineering management, and a 'get things done' attitude.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and deploying production-ready RESTful web services in cloud environments (AWS or GCP) with Agile and CI/CD pipelines
• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• Full-Stack engineering experience with Object-oriented Programming languages (Java or Python), JavaScript, and relational databases (MySQL)
• Strong system design expertise and a passion for building scalable, maintainable code
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven track record of building and scaling high performing teams

Responsibilities

• Empower and inspire a team of engineers by mentoring their growth and fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement to retain top technical talent
• Champion technical excellence through design reviews, test coverage, optimization, and proactive tech debt reduction
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to transform ideas into reality
• Be a hands-on contributor, writing code across the stack alongside your teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building healthcare products
• Deep familiarity with AWS technologies
• Exposure to frontend frameworks like Angular or React
