Responsibilities

  • Drive delivery of business outcomes, including planning and execution
  • Collaborate closely with PM and UX to define actionable, valuable work for the team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to help your teams accomplish their goals
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of software, including team ownership of monitoring and production issues
  • Guide the team’s quality and testing strategy
  • Coach engineers for professional and technical development
  • Recruit and onboard new team members
