Software Onboarding Project Manager

Summary

Enumerate is seeking a Software Onboarding Project Manager to guide customers through the onboarding process of their products, focusing on communication and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, remote position with occasional travel, based in CST/EST time zones, offering a salary range of $50,000-$75,000.

Requirements

• Three (3) years of experience in project management
• Direct experience in the B2B SaaS environment, with a strong focus on implementation projects

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple clients through the onboarding process of our products with a focus on communication and customer satisfaction
• Organize key deliverables and due dates to drive onboarding completion within 4-6 weeks of its start date
• Deliver status reports on the project with a focus on clear, concise communication
• Complete customer discovery calls to identify current processes, including gaps/ risk analysis toward adoption of the system
• Train customers on best practices and maintain accurate account information
• Work closely with the Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams to assist clients in software adoption

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Familiarity with Salesforce and TaskRay, or various associated PM programs
• Experience in property management and/or property accounting will make you an outstanding candidate!
