Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Summary

Join Komodo Health and help deliver high-quality, customer-facing Life Science products. You will play a key role in quality planning, strategy, and product development for the Mavens product team, establishing new testing standards, developing automation tools, and enhancing existing product quality processes. Collaborate with Product Managers, Program Managers, Designers, Engineers, and clinical experts to achieve product quality. Within your first year, you will become an expert in the Mavens product portfolio, collaborate on new features, enhance the product quality testing framework, implement process improvements, analyze and resolve defects, and adhere to product quality standards. Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on testing (functional, behavioral, and E2E testing) experience
• 2+ years of test automation experience on Salesforce Platform using the Robot Framework and CumulusCI
• 4+ years of test experience on data-centric application and systems; Experienced creating test data for healthcare datasets such as provider, beneficiary/patient, etc
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence
• Strong analytical skills and innovative thinking
• Experience with Testrail as a test management tool
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Experience with Version Control Systems
• Good understanding of Salesforce Metadata
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create/Execute test cases and test scenarios to validate Salesforce applications' functionality and usability using manual and automated test cases
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover hidden defects and user experience issues
• Develop and maintain up-to-date test documentation (creation, control, updating, and prioritization)
• Collaborate with the team on refining high-quality user stories
• Work closely with developers and product owners to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in a timely manner
