Software Sales Engineer

Summary

Join our team as an Application Engineer and become an integral part of a collaborative software team. You will work closely with various departments, resellers, and customers, assisting in pre-sales and post-sales activities. Your responsibilities will include performing software demonstrations, developing relationships with manufacturers, providing training, participating in company events, and contributing to the overall team success. This role requires significant travel (25-50%) and involves gathering market feedback to improve software products. You will also be responsible for updating activities in the CRM and attending regular training sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ year sales experience in relevant field
• English (fluent)
• German (Fluent)

Responsibilities

• Perform software demonstrations and benchmarks for customers & resellers
• Develop and maintain relationships with scanner manufacturers
• Provide training on Geomagic products to our resellers
• Participate in company events for lead generation and brand awareness
• Willingness to contribute to the EMEA team overall success
• Assist in building stronger software products by sharing feedback from the market
• Attend regular Geomagic software certification training in EMEA
• Update activities into CRM as required
• Perform special projects as requested
• Create and provide presentations
• 25-50% travel
