Summary

Klopotek is hiring a Software Support Analyst to join their Customer Success team in Berlin, Germany. The successful candidate will handle and resolve requests and issues regarding CRR software and services, analyze and find solutions for technical problems, and keep customers informed about request statuses. A bachelor's degree or practical experience in the publishing industry or IT is required, along with good knowledge of IT, databases, and SQL. Requirements

• At least a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is highly desirable
• You have either practical experience in the publishing industry (preferably in Contracts, Rights and Royalties) or a background in IT
• Good knowledge of IT, databases, and SQL and or a willingness to acquire this knowledge is essential

Responsibilities

• Handling and resolving requests and issues regarding our CRR software and services
• Analyzing and finding a solution for technical problems reported to you
• Keeping customers informed about the status of their requests (and the next steps) at all times
