Requirements

  • 6+ years of Workfront design and implementation experience with a deep understanding of what is possible within the system
  • 4+ years of Software (SaaS based solutions) Implementation Experience
  • 1+ years of Workfront Fusion
  • Communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills
  • Excellent tactical and strategic skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and able to prioritize personal workload
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions

Responsibilities

  • Build system architecture to solve complex problems for clients helping them to achieve their business objectives and goals
  • Create, deliver, and validate design documents, including incorporating design components done by other architects when applicable
  • Manage testing of configuration
  • Gather details from the client on process, structure, permissions, etc. to then connect these processes to the objects within the system
  • Translate business requirements into a design document and develop creative solutions for clients
  • Communicate the design plan to the Configuration Consultant and validate design
  • Guide clients to best solutions for their team and support in following best practices
  • Build client relationships, lead status calls, and update plans for roll-out
