Solution Architect

Summary

Join NeuraFlash as a Solution Architect focused on Agentforce, leading the development of compelling Agentforce-powered experiences and delivering impactful business value to clients. You will collaborate with a talented AI team to delight customers, focusing on solution design, architecture, and execution for GenAI technologies. Responsibilities include providing industry best practices, driving requirement gathering, building client strategies and roadmaps, leveraging Salesforce technologies, providing input on design specifications, translating business requirements into solutions, coaching junior team members, and staying updated on new Salesforce capabilities. The role requires 3+ years in customer-facing technical consulting and 5+ years of CRM industry experience, along with expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud, GenAI prompt writing, and business process optimization. Preferred skills include experience with testing GenAI solutions. Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role
• 5+ years of CRM industry experience
• Ability to drive requirement gathering
• Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
• Experience with GenAI prompt writing
• Hands on experience with at least one of the following: Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems
• Comfortable using flow charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences
• Willing and able learner of new technologies
• Ability to tie outcomes to business value (return on investment) through storytelling

Responsibilities

• Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
• Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert
• Work with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals
• Leverage Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein for Service, or Service Intelligence
• Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
• Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
• Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities

Experience with defining robust testing approaches for GenAI solutions
