Solution Architect

Join our team as a Solution Architect specializing in UKG Pro WFM! This remote position, requiring EST/CST time zones, demands deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM and strong implementation experience. You will lead end-to-end implementations, architect and optimize various WFM modules, and leverage Dell Boomi for integrations. Collaboration with business and technical teams is crucial to align architecture with strategic goals. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in UKG Pro WFM architecture and implementation, along with proficiency in Dell Boomi and other integration technologies. Strong API, SQL, and data integration skills are essential.

Requirements

• 5+ years in UKG Pro WFM architecture & implementation
• Proven experience with Dell Boomi, Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, XML/JSON
• Hands-on integration with HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP, Aveva, and Data Lakes

Responsibilities

• Lead UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions implementations from end to end
• Architect and optimize Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Forecasting, Device Management, and Integrations
• Deep involvement with Dell Boomi, API-based integrations, and mobile/device configuration
• Partner across business and technical teams to align architecture with strategic goals

Preferred Qualifications

• UKG Pro WFM certifications
• Background in Kronos WFC architecture
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
