Requirements

  • Proven expertise in value selling, problem-solving, and industry knowledge
  • Ability to conduct demo discovery with prospective customers to determine their challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align our solution with their needs
  • Outstanding and dynamic presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects individually as well as working cross-functionally
  • Understanding of the HR technology competitive landscape
  • 3+ years of presales experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide prospective customers with demonstrations that showcase Fountains offerings and how our solutions align with their business strategies and goals
  • Work closely with AEs throughout the sales cycle as one team to help drive revenue
  • Contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans
  • Own and complete functional/technical sections of customer submitted requests for proposal
  • Ongoing knowledge transfer, training, and support of team members
  • Participate in marketing events to drive pipeline growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, business administration, communications, computer science, information technology, or computer engineering
  • Experience selling to HR and HR tech
