Solution Consultant

Summary

Join SEON, a leading fraud prevention company, as a Solutions Consultant based in Singapore with a remote setup. You will be a key subject matter expert in pre-sales, supporting technical integration discussions, and partnering with cross-functional teams. This role requires 10+ years of experience in solution engineering or a similar role, preferably in a startup, with at least 5 years in payment, anti-fraud, or related solutions. You will manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively, and work autonomously. Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a solution engineering, solutions consulting, or similar sales engineering position, preferably in a start-up environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payment, anti-fraud, cybersecurity, AML, or KYC solutions
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate with team members in the revenue organization and across the entire company
• Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy on the goals and objectives provided

Responsibilities

• Serve as a critical subject matter and solutions expert during the pre-sales process, helping to further SEON’s mission to end fraud globally
• Provide support for technical integration discussions by aligning solutions to challenges faced by prospective and existing customers
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as sales, account management, customer success, product, and engineering to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of our solutions
• Stay on the cutting edge of the digital fraud landscape, applying knowledge and tactics for uncovering and fighting fraud to discussions around SEON’s platform capabilities
• Provide recommendations to clients, prospective clients and internal stakeholders, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize services and drive client satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, mobile applications and platform integrations preferred
• Familiarity with Javascript, Typescript, and other web-based programming languages are a plus
• Mandarin-speaking is a plus
• Ability to travel as required
