Summary
Join PointClickCare as a Solution Engineer and drive the adoption of our platform by supporting pre-sales engagements with enterprise clients. You will build trusted advisor relationships, identify business and technical challenges, and develop solutions. Demonstrate expertise in customizing and implementing PointClickCare products, collaborating with internal teams for successful delivery. Become a subject matter expert in our offerings, handling complex projects requiring innovative solutions. Proactively identify potential barriers and unreal client expectations, contributing to sales proposals and RFPs. This role involves internal and external collaboration, leveraging your technical expertise to advise clients and accelerate sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Senior experience with SaaS implementation or technical support
- Comfort presenting information to diverse groups, leading meetings, and providing training in person and on the phone
- Previous experience leading cross-functional teams that span both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience leading projects or implementations
- AI fluency/use of MS365 Copilot
Responsibilities
- Support pre-sales engagements with existing and prospective enterprise customers
- Build trusted advisor status with business leaders
- Identify business and technical challenges and develop specific actions and requirements to arrive at the best solution
- Demonstrate a high level of subject matter expertise in the customization, configuration, and implementation of PointClickCare's products
- Collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery of results based on scope of work
- Become a subject matter expert in PointClickCare's product offerings and how to support them technically
- Handle complicated state-wide or regional projects that require innovative solutions to meet the needs of the client
- Identify possible barriers, red flags, or unreal client expectations so that Sales and Product leadership are promptly made aware
- Participate in PointClickCare's sales proposal, RFP, Statement of work, and information security questionnaire generation process
- Create client facing content that helps accelerate the sales cycle and future sales engagements
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS sales support experience
- Knowledge of health IT, including EHRs, population health, and HIEs
- Proven experience in serving clients. Relevant experience includes working at a consulting or services-oriented firm, or working in sales, partnerships, or customer success
