Join Tridge, a global company with over 300 staff across 70 countries, dedicated to transforming the food supply chain through data-driven solutions. As a Solution Sales professional, you will be responsible for engaging suppliers and buyers in the food and agriculture industry to join Tridge's platform, Tridge Eye and Tridge Sourcing Hub. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with Tridge's global commercial strategy. You will deliver consultative sales pitches, collaborate with internal teams, track sales performance, and contribute feedback to improve product-market fit. This is a remote position based in Costa Rica, offering a 1-year contract with the potential for renewal based on performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales
  • Native-level proficiency in local language and business-level English communication skills
  • Experience in or strong interest in the agri-food, platform, SaaS, or data/intelligence-driven services industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard potential suppliers and buyers in the food and agriculture industry to the Tridge platform (Tridge Eye and Tridge Sourcing Hub)
  • Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with Tridge's global commercial strategy
  • Deliver consultative sales pitches based on a deep understanding of client needs and Tridge’s platform value proposition
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Market Intelligence, Operations, and Customer Success) to ensure successful onboarding and engagement of platform users
  • Track and analyze sales performance and pipeline data using internal tools and CRM systems
  • Actively contribute feedback to improve product-market fit and identify business opportunities based on client insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Existing network or prior engagement with key players in the food and agriculture industry
