Summary

Join Veracity by RGPβ„’ as a Senior Solution Consultant and contribute to our ServiceNow pre-sales team. You will be responsible for configuring and delivering product demonstrations, developing sales proposals, and providing hands-on consulting support. This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow products and platform capabilities, along with strong client-facing and communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional development. Up to 50% of your time may be spent on billable client work. This is a salaried position, not commission-based.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years demonstrated pre-sales solution consulting experience preferably with ServiceNow
  • Minimum 5 years demonstrated deep functional and technical experience in ServiceNow implementations
  • Working knowledge of web service standards such as SOAP, REST, XML, etc
  • Working knowledge of web API’s, Data integrations/ETL, Relational Databases
  • Working knowledge of SaaS / PaaS environments such as AWS, Azure
  • Working knowledge of modern HTML5/CSS/LESS
  • Working knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, SSO technologies and standards
  • Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience in client facing, technical consulting and advising roles
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator and/or Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Develop, invest, and maintain thought leadership with deep subject matter expertise related to ServiceNow product capabilities and complimentary technologies in a pre-sale consulting environment
  • Lead technical sales conversations demonstrating product features and capabilities and conveying business value while supporting business development executives
  • Prepare client tuned proof of concepts and proof of value demonstrations leveraging DEMOHUB Partner Demo Instances
  • Lead demonstrations to illustrate business value of the platform and products
  • Advise customers on industry and ServiceNow best practices
  • Interface with ServiceNow technical product teams as needed
  • Be a key member on pre-sales pitches and joint pursuit teams
  • Subject Matter Expertise on ServiceNow platform and product solutions
  • Identify improvements, new capabilities, industry trends and competitive landscapes
  • Assist the business development team to successfully close new business
  • Define, solution and size project proposals according to standards and effective strategies
  • Achieve ServiceNow Practice and Individual KPI’s and Metrics as defined

Preferred Qualifications

  • Product Certifications: CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-HRSD, CSA, CAD
  • Quick learner that can adapt to a fast pace, changing environment and keep up with the evolving capabilities of multiple ServiceNow product lines
  • Eagerness and a strong desire to expand ServiceNow knowledge always
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around key technical decisions during pre-sales pursuits
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain technical information in an articulate manner
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills an absolute essential
  • Ability to understand and interpret business needs and identify appropriate business and technical solutions to meet those needs
  • Proven record of successfully managing business relationships

Benefits

  • Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $170,000
