Responsibilities

• Build and deliver high-quality websites within four business days of content submission
• Engage proactively with internal teams through Slack, assisting with pre-sales queries, recommending appropriate product solutions, and providing quick email responses to our customers
• Raise product awareness by contributing to the creation of training materials, attending team meetings, and presenting at meetups and Town Halls
• Maximize post-build success by setting clear expectations with clients, offering light revisions when necessary, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Scale the service by enhancing operational efficiency, developing reusable design patterns, creating macros for common processes, and documenting best practices for the team

Benefits

• Salary range: $40,000 - $68,000 USD
