Summary

Join Caseware's North American Solution Consultant team as a Solution Architect! In this remote, full-time position based in Atlanta, Georgia, you will partner with account managers and solution consultants to help larger customers evaluate and implement Caseware products. You will understand customer needs, gather requirements, and strategize optimal solutions. Collaboration with various teams and strategic partners is key to ensuring timely and professional customer support. You will also create and maintain resources, design processes, and contribute to internal improvement plans. Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a product design, product management, professional services or product development role in a SAAS organization, specifically working on audit or accounting solutions
  • At least 5 years’ experience working in an Audit or Accounting firm , with previous roles in innovation projects incorporating software solutions (e.g., design, implementation or configuration of software tools for the audit practice)
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Effective communicator with ability to understand and interpret stakeholder needs and strategize on the optimum way to address
  • Strong organization skills with experience tracking and managing multiple deliverables and tasks
  • A resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment where initiative and problem-solving skills are required

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our Account Managers and Solution Consultants in helping our larger prospects and customers evaluate and implement Caseware products
  • Understand customers’ technology ecosystem and business needs, gather requirements and define actions to successfully address them
  • Strategize with customers on the best solutions for their needs, adding value through best practices and informed and personalized insights
  • Define and scope specific configuration and customization requirements required to meet customer needs
  • Work with developers/authors, support, product groups or other technical SMEs to scope, plan and execute on specific customer requirements
  • Capture, and where appropriate respond to, customer and prospect feedback relating to product and sales experience to support continued innovation
  • Creating & maintaining toolkits and resources to support customer evaluations and implementations, working with other Caseware teams as relevant
  • Design and implementation of processes and systems to support the delivery of consistent, scalable services
  • Assist in the development and execution of improvement plans internally that are scalable to support future growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA or equivalent with 5+ years External Audit experience
  • Have direct experience utilizing Caseware to perform engagements
  • Experience leading audit and/or technology adoption, training, methodology , or other innovation efforts in an accounting firm
  • Software development skills and experience, in particular within Caseware or other Audit solution
  • Deep understanding of accounting, financial processes and technologies
  • Product, Product Marketing, Sales experience or experience working closely with those functional teams
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (E.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience documenting internal processes and identifying/implementing efficiency or quality improvements
