Join Databricks as an experienced pre-sales professional with a proven track record in helping large enterprises leverage data. Working closely with Enterprise Account Executives, you will define and lead the technical strategy for key accounts, driving wider adoption of our ML & AI products. Your expertise in value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership will be crucial. You will collaborate with a team providing hands-on support, but you must possess a strong technical understanding of ML & AI applications within high-tech and manufacturing. This role involves working with multiple clients, guiding them through a data transformation journey, and building a network of technical champions within each account. Requirements
- Proficiency at establishing virtual teams, and leading them to ultimate success within the account
- Experience working very large (> $1m ARR), global accounts
- Form relationships with executives and influencers
- Present a convincing point-of-view to important decision-makers that leads them down a path of success
- Technical in big data, data science and cloud
- An ability in data-driven business transformation, and driving change with data
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java
Responsibilities
- Work with multiple clients as the main technical voice for Databricks
- Lead your customers on a transformational journey, helping them to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy
- Implement the technical strategy in the account, in close understanding of the strategy
- Build a movement of technical champions within the account
- Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions
- Provide structured mentorship for other team members
- Gain the respect of your peers based on your experience, insight, and contributions
