Senior Solutions Architect

Summary

Join Storyblok's growing team as a Senior Solutions Architect, driving successful onboarding and implementation for strategic accounts. You will design and guide Storyblok implementations, collaborating with product, partner, and customer success teams. This high-impact role demands technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication. You will troubleshoot technical challenges, create technical proposals, and represent Storyblok at industry events. Mentorship of junior team members is also expected. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architect, solutions engineering, technical consultant or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company
• Understanding of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, GraphQL, RESTful APIs)
• Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and integration practices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a proactive customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Able to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences
• Strong command of the English language

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical advisor for customers throughout onboarding, implementation, and expansion phases
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to define customer goals and craft detailed technical enablement plans
• Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and architecture reviews with customer engineering and product teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in collaboration with Support and Engineering teams
• Create and present technical proposals, diagrams and proof-of-concept solutions, as well as sample applications, prototypes and code samples to showcase the power and flexibility of Storyblok
• Advocate for customer needs internally by providing structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and Documentation teams
• Represent Storyblok at industry events, webinars, and customer forums
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a world-class solutions engineering team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in working with monolithic/traditional CMS (e.g. Wordpress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM) is an advantage
