Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field; or equivalent experience
  • Solid knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting capacity
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, company operations, and advanced methodologies
  • Moderate understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals
  • Moderate knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services & Active Directory Federation Services
  • Moderate experience with Unix/Linux
  • Moderate experience with scripting development using various Microsoft tools (SQL, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Moderate familiarity with Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography
  • Moderate familiarity with business application suites such as Microsoft 365
  • Ability to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and provide training to peers
  • Applicants must be living in the UK or Sweden and must hold a valid Right to Work in respective location

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex solution deployments for enterprise-level customers
  • Provide expert guidance on technical aspects and best practices
  • Assist with the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
  • Act as a primary technical point of contact for customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Participate in the development of technical strategies and roadmaps
  • Resolve escalated technical issues promptly and effectively
  • Conduct in-depth technical assessments and provide recommendations
  • Assist in pre-sales activities and solution design
