Summary
Join Keyfactor as a Solutions Architect and lead complex solution deployments for enterprise-level customers. You will provide expert technical guidance, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvement. This remote position, based in the UK or Sweden, requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and solid technical knowledge. Responsibilities include leading deployments, providing technical expertise, mentoring, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field; or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting capacity
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, company operations, and advanced methodologies
- Moderate understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals
- Moderate knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services & Active Directory Federation Services
- Moderate experience with Unix/Linux
- Moderate experience with scripting development using various Microsoft tools (SQL, PowerShell, etc.)
- Moderate familiarity with Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography
- Moderate familiarity with business application suites such as Microsoft 365
- Ability to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and provide training to peers
- Applicants must be living in the UK or Sweden and must hold a valid Right to Work in respective location
Responsibilities
- Lead complex solution deployments for enterprise-level customers
- Provide expert guidance on technical aspects and best practices
- Assist with the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
- Act as a primary technical point of contact for customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in the development of technical strategies and roadmaps
- Resolve escalated technical issues promptly and effectively
- Conduct in-depth technical assessments and provide recommendations
- Assist in pre-sales activities and solution design
