Summary

Join Open Sky Group as a Solutions Architect, a key member of the implementation project team responsible for application design and mapping client requirements. Collaborate with the Supply Chain Consultant and team to deliver complete solutions. Responsibilities include solution design and analysis, writing technical and functional specifications, consulting with clients, writing technical specifications for client development and system integration, software configuration, development, and installation, supporting UAT efforts, leading project meetings, and participating in pre-sales and marketing activities. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, MIS, or 6 years of related experience is required, along with 2 years’ experience in Blue Yonder WMS or other WMS systems configuration and custom development. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, MIS, or 6 years of related experience
  • 2 years’ experience in configuration and custom development in Blue Yonder WMS or other WMS Systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal direction to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

  • Work with the implementation team on solution design and analysis
  • Write technical and functional specifications to match client requirements
  • Consult and share best practices with clients during the duration of the project
  • Write technical specifications for client development and system integration requirements
  • Software configuration, development, and installation
  • Support the UAT efforts
  • Participate and lead internal and/or external project meetings
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and meetings as necessary
  • Participate in industry and marketing activities as necessary
