We're looking for a Solution Architect with experience transforming business requirements into solution recommendations, working on business transformation programs, and collaborating with technology teams.

Responsibilities

  • Understand core KPIs and goals of the customer
  • Identify customer’s key business requirements, map these to our product capabilities and identify solutions on how we can address these gaps
  • Collaborate with presales consultants to provide guidance regarding requirements feasibility and their alignment to the features provided by the platform
  • Explore ways to maximize the use of Out of the Box functionality to resolve the customer’s needs in a very consultative fashion and identify product enhancements where needed
  • Support the sales teams in responding to technical questions during the sales processes such as RFP’s
  • Own the Solution Scope in Statement Of Work document (SOW)’s and support the sales and executive teams during the negotiation of the corresponding contracts
  • Facilitate the effort estimation, ensuring all the main elements of the solution are taken into consideration for cost and implementation timeline determination
  • Contribute to evaluating, selecting, configuring, and customizing product features, while maintaining the highest standards for implementation and integration
  • Gather, write and review customer’s business and technical requirements and come up with well-thought technical project specifications, environment needs and expectations based on architectural best practices
  • Guide and review technical implementation documentation (Low Level Design) with performance optimization and scalability in mind
  • Produce process workflow diagrams, user stories and technical mockups
  • Determine technical constraints or limitations of the proposed solution that is presented to the customer
  • Reduce time to market by identifying creative ways to deliver core product capabilities first
  • Coordinate with Delivery Managers and Solution Developers to maintain project schedule, and mitigate any delays by accurately providing time and effort estimates
  • Lead complex/customized solution demonstrations to customer stakeholders
  • Develop strong working relationships with other teams within the organization and foster cross team collaboration, share feedback with other teams to improve how work gets done
