Requirements

• Extensive familiarity with high-performance sports environments
• Hands-on knowledge of Hudl products (especially Sportscode) and others in the market
• Strong network of industry connections, ideally in the global football and/or rugby worlds
• Cross-collaboration skills across coaching, analysis, and recruitment departments
• Excellent communication skills
• Goal-oriented mindset
• Fluent English and Japanese
