Summary

Ada is seeking a Solutions Consultant to collaborate with the sales team and provide technical expertise for voice solutions. They will be responsible for designing and developing AI-driven voice solutions and conducting product demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering, with a focus on voice technologies
  • In-depth understanding and direct experience with CCaaS, IVR, and Telephony ecosystems, including knowledge of VoIP protocols and contact center technologies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience working with SMB and Enterprise clients, with a track record of driving revenue growth
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities for our virtual AI voice agents within target markets
  • Leverage industry-specific knowledge of CCaaS, Voice, and Telephony ecosystems to position Ada Support's voice solutions as a strategic part of their tech stack
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our virtual AI voice agents
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their unique requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, including solution design, configuration, and addressing any technical inquiries
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to virtual AI voice agents
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to develop strategies to create new Voice opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of sales enablement collateral, including technical documentation, case studies, and best practices
