Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical customer success, or similar roles
• Proven track record implementing enterprise software solutions
• Technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex operational workflows and data processes
• Strong communication skills - able to translate technical concepts for various audiences
• Experience using data analytics to drive customer success strategies
• Kind and curious—always open to learning from colleagues, clients, and the industry
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to deeply understand customers' operations and processes
• Design and document technical solutions that map to customer workflows
• Provide detailed technical guidance during customer implementations
• Partner with our product team to influence roadmap decisions based on customer needs
• Create and maintain technical documentation for customer-facing solutions
• Own the technical relationship with key accounts, serving as their trusted advisor
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations that illustrate clear value propositions
• Monitor customer health through data analytics and proactive engagement
