Responsibilities

  • Support the sales process by delivering impactful customer demos
  • Assist the sales team in achieving revenue goals through technical validation, solution positioning, and addressing technical concerns during the sales cycle
  • Own and execute Proof of Concept (POC) projects, collaborating with prospects to demonstrate Censia's value in real-world scenarios
  • Support accounts globally, working across time zones and traveling occasionally for in-person client meetings, workshops, or events
  • Engage with executives such as CHROs, VPs, and Directors at Fortune 500 companies
  • Build and deliver sales demos that showcase Censia’s capabilities
  • Provide technical training for the sales team
  • Facilitate smooth technical transitions from sales to the Customer Success team
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to align solutions with client needs and inform the product roadmap
  • Log and track bugs to ensure continuous improvement
  • Serve as the technical voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and goals
