Solutions Engineer

Summary

Join InvoiceCloud as a Senior Solutions Engineer and leverage your design, architectural, and development expertise to integrate our EBPP SaaS platform with third-party systems for various clients. You will work directly with partners and clients, leading requirements discovery, architecting integrations, and coaching on API usage. This remote position, open to candidates in the Eastern time zone, requires experience in cloud services, digital payments, and data management. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and contribute to the success of our leading online bill payment service. The role offers a competitive base salary, potential for bonuses or commissions, and the opportunity to work on complex, impactful projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience delivering Cloud (SaaS) Services for Financial Services
• 4+ years of professional experience in a consulting, software design, solutions, or technical sales role
• Proven ability to multitask on multiple complex engagements with keen attention to detail and quality
• Experience in data management, SSO-based web services (SOAP/XML, REST/JSON, SQL), and user experience design (Figma, Miro, Lucidchart)
• Experience utilizing API environments like Postman, Swagger, or Kong is a must
• AWS or Azure Cloud experience
• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of an effective team and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Work with partners and clients to determine their digital payment business requirements using a structured discovery process
• Work closely with integrations project managers to size, scope, and plan integrations
• Document integration specifications, including payment data file layouts, Invoice Cloud API web services required to implement user stories, and webhooks to be developed by partner or client developers
• Support implementation teams on required Go-Live tasks
• Implement modifications to existing standard integrations in response to client and market demands

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience developing digital payments solutions or working for a digital payments vendor
• Full-stack development experience
