Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in real estate development, construction management, or related field
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong persuasion skills and ability to build consensus among stakeholders
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in client-facing roles with a track record of building strong relationships
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organized
- Positive team player who can effectively collaborate across multiple departments
- Bachelor's or masters degree in Real Estate Development, Engineering, or related field
Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to drive technical discussions and demonstrate Northspyre's value proposition to prospective clients
- Lead technical discovery calls to understand client requirements and articulate how Northspyre can address their specific challenges
- Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to different stakeholder groups
- Provide technical guidance during implementation planning and proof of concept phases
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate market needs and client feedback
- Create technical documentation and solution architectures for client implementations
- Work with Customer Success to ensure smooth post sales hand-offs for implementation and onboarding
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with real estate or construction software platforms
- Background in solutions engineering, technical sales, or similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience in SaaS implementations or consulting
