Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing consultative pre-sales role, with a proven track record in managing and delivering complex technical solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders while navigating technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical requirements, update documentation, and gather feedback from a variety of stakeholders
- An understanding of and experience with APIs/SDKs, and the ability to communicate and demonstrate the implementation of API products
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in the full lifecycle of customer acquisition, from presales to implementation
- Conduct compelling value-focused demonstrations of all Pagos products, thereby fostering customer engagement and understanding to drive adoption
- Act as a subject matter expert on Pagos products and serve as a payments solution thought partner alongside cross-functional teams
- Manage a pre-sales delivery process, including documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Use customer feedback and data-backed insights to act as the voice of the customer in roadmap and prioritization planning
- Partner with Account Management to support expansion of product adoption with existing customers
