Summary

As a Solutions Engineer, you will help existing BPM customers expand their technology footprint, working closely with the Go-to-Market team. You will provide technical and functional information on ERP, CRM, and related technologies, conduct product demonstrations, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires 5+ years of experience implementing or using enterprise application solutions (preferably NetSuite). Requirements

  • 5+ years implementing or using enterprise application solutions (Preferably NetSuite)
  • Operates well as an individual contributor but also as a team player
  • Detail oriented fluent in effective writing and speaking skills
  • Great presentation skills for demonstrations of product as well as review of documentation

Responsibilities

  • Working with existing BPM customers to expand their NetSuite and Salesforce footprint
  • Provide technical and functional information on ERP, CRM and adjacent technologies
  • Providing demonstrations of relevant technology platforms
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing Customers to foster customer satisfaction, referencability and future revenue growth
  • Creating Statements of Work and reviewing Statements of Work with prospects
