Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • At least two years' experience in a Marketing technology or solutions engineering role
  • Deep technical skills and experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud), CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and data management platforms (e.g. Redshift and Segment)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with programming and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, REST API, SQL, HTML/CSS
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong delivery management skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the quality, availability, integration and utilisation of Marketing Technology (MarTech) data & platforms
  • Design, develop, and implement Marketing technology solutions to support business objectives and enhance client engagement
  • Manage and optimise Marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other key marketing technologies (including Segment, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics etc.)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholder teams (including Marketing, Sales, and Product, etc.) to define and deliver seamless, integrated client experiences
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across all Marketing systems and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technology trends and best practices; evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies
  • Provide technical support and training to Marketing team members
  • Document Marketing systems and processes to ensure clarity and maintainability
  • Continuously optimize the effectiveness of applications of Marketing data & technologies
  • Engage and uplift business teams with necessary knowledge and skills for them to utilize and operate MarTech tools efficiently in their campaigns
  • Work closely with Engineering, Data, BI & Analytics teams to integrate tracking and analytics solutions that provide detailed insights into user interactions and experiences
  • Develop and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines
  • Design and build engineering solutions for client engagement use cases across all channels in alignment with the overall MarTech architecture
  • Analyse Marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement; provide recommendations for optimising campaign performance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience of data pipeline and orchestration tools such as DBT and Airflow is desirable
