Partner Solution Engineer

Summary

Join Calm, the #1 app for sleep, meditation, and relaxation, as a Partner Solutions Engineer. You will be responsible for the launch and ongoing success of new strategic partnerships. This role requires close collaboration with various teams, including Strategic Partner Managers, Engineering, and Data. The position involves technical leadership, implementation support, and acting as the primary liaison between Partnerships and Engineering. You will gather partner insights, manage bug reports and feature requests, and ensure all reporting and analytics requirements are met. Travel may be required. This remote position is open to candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York City, or Minneapolis.

Requirements

• 4-5 yrs significant working experience within technology companies
• Experience interacting with developer APIs
• Experience leading technical implementations with clients or partners
• Keen sense for prioritization, both internally and externally with partners
• Ability to act as primary liaison between Calm and partners for technical needs
• A self-starter that isn’t afraid to step in when needed
• Ability to interact and work cross-functionally with other team members
• Open to working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
• BA/BS degree
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to our partner ecosystem
• Assist with technical implementation of new strategic partnerships
• Work with partners to understand, scope, and ultimately integrate the partnership
• Serve as the primary liaison between Partnerships and Engineering, owning the product feedback loop by gathering and prioritizing partner insights, filing detailed bug reports or feature requests, and ensuring follow-through
• Investigate technical issues, help identify root causes, and communicate updates and timelines back to partners, helping bridge product needs with engineering solutions
• Collaborate with the Data team to ensure all reporting and analytics requirements are met to support partner requirements as well as internal decision-making
