Summary

ServiceRocket is seeking a seasoned Solutions Sales Specialist to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding the company's footprint within the Atlassian ecosystem. The position requires 7+ years of experience in a solutions sales role, preferably within the IT consulting industry, and a strong understanding of the Atlassian suite of products.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a solutions sales role, preferably within the IT consulting industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Strong understanding of the Atlassian suite of products and services (Jira, Confluence, Service Management, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and qualify new leads within the target market aligned with your assigned territory or vertical
  • Solution selling: Deeply understand Atlassian products and services, along with complementary solutions from our partners, to develop and present customized solutions that address clients unique business challenges
  • Client relationship management: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their pain points and objectives and foster long-term partnerships
  • Proposal development: Create compelling and competitive proposals that articulate the value proposition and demonstrate the ROI of your proposed solutions
  • Negotiation and deal closing: Confidently negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed your assigned sales targets
  • Market awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings and Atlassian product roadmap to inform your sales strategies
  • Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues in technical, pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless client engagements and successful project implementations
