Summary

Join Hims & Hers Health, Inc. as the Center of Excellence (CoE) Sourcing Manager, driving process improvements and optimizations across various sourcing functions, including RX Sourcing, CAPEX Sourcing, and Packaging Sourcing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sourcing strategies, monitor performance, facilitate RFx events, and track progress towards team and organizational goals. Lead initiatives on improved sourcing processes and build best practices. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sourcing performance. Provide sourcing expertise and process support to stakeholders. Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding process improvement and ensure buy-in. Identify and implement tools and techniques to enhance sourcing efficiency. Analyze sourcing data and trends to uncover opportunities for improvement. Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities. Develop regular progress reports to track the success of process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5 years of sourcing or procurement, with a proven track record in process optimization and driving efficiencies
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of Business Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Strong experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g Lean, Six Sigma) and a demonstrated ability to implement successful changes
  • Excellent ability to analyze data, derive insights and make data driven decisions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage projects simultaneously
  • Ability to track and report on multiple KPI’s and ensure alignment with both short-term and long-term sourcing initiatives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced constantly evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives on improved sourcing processes, and building best practices throughout the broader team
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sourcing performance, aligning our activities with the overall business objectives
  • Providing sourcing expertise and process support to the stakeholders and customers across the organization, ensuring alignment between sourcing strategies and overall business objectives
  • Liaise as a primary point of contact with internal stakeholders regarding process improvement, and ensuring buy-in at all levels of the organization
  • Identify and implement tools, techniques, and methodologies that enhance sourcing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyze sourcing data and trends to uncover opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable insights to leadership
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and standardize best practices across the broader sourcing team
  • Develop regular progress reports to track the success of process improvements and highlight areas for further attention

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CPSM or CIPS
  • Experience in pharmaceutical environments
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, sourcing software, and supplier management platforms
