Requirements

• Extensive experience in sourcing candidates, ideally internationally
• Experience with producing detailed sourcing strategies that deliver results
• Demonstrable experience of introducing new methods of sourcing
• Experience with any ATS and candidate database

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality technical and non-technical candidates for various roles efficiently and within deadlines
• Produce high touch and engaging sourcing strategies to proactively find the best candidates for clients
• Identify and assessment of external candidate pools for client vacancies
• Become obsessed with finding new and innovative ways to attract candidates
