Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Talent Sourcer, or similar role in recruitment
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and X-ray searches
• Experience using ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals
• Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs
• Initiate contact with passive candidates using personalized outreach strategies
• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to understand talent availability and hiring challenges
• Provide insights and recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
• Collaborate with the broader recruitment team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified candidates
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and Boolean searches to source and track candidates
• Leverage data and analytics to measure sourcing effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
• Continuously improve sourcing methods and explore innovative tools and techniques to enhance candidate identification and engagement
