- Collaborative mindset with experience closely working with hiring managers to identify and refine technical requirements for virtual assistant roles
- Proficient in using social media platforms for applicant sourcing, content creation, and building a compelling online presence
- Strong collaborative skills, with a history of working closely with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Amenable to work in US hours
