Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior architectural role with a strong coding background
• Proficiency in .Net 6/8 and Golang
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a proven track record of writing high-quality code
• Take end-to-end ownership of major functionalities, from design to deployment from an architectural perspective
• Be responsible for high-level design and quality in areas of ownership
• Help identify, clarify, and prioritize work to ensure efficient project progression
• Own and ensure the prioritization of security, scalability, cost optimization, and other NFR-related issues
• Assist with the prioritization and resolution of technical debt
• Provide guidance and help resolve technical issues within the team
• Continuously improve the performance of existing applications
• Implement critical functionalities when necessary
• Adopt an architect mindset, challenge designs, and consider corner/negative cases
• Act as an evangelist for architectural ideas and drive synchronization with local teams
