Summary

Influential is hiring a Strategy and Analytics Specialist to join their team in shaping how companies engage with customers through social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more. The role involves developing strategies for a portfolio of accounts, providing business justification for investments in influencer marketing, and leading the campaign recap process. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years agency experience are required, along with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite, expertise in media planning tools, and knowledge of social listening tools.

• 3+ years agency experience in media buying/planning, omni-channel marketing, or previous strategy roles

Responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue and Client Solutions leads to develop insight-driven strategies for a portfolio of accounts focused on driving new business and scaling existing accounts
• Provide a sound business justification for investments in influencer marketing based on market trends, audience insights, past campaign data, and experience
• Drive the strategic direction for accounts by working directly with client and account team, focusing on audience targeting, creative, and media distribution
