Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of sponsorships, partnerships, and marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to set the standard in a goal-oriented environment
  • Great client management skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential partners who would benefit from investing in our sponsorship opportunities
  • Build long-term partnerships by creating sponsorship solutions to meet sponsor objectives
  • Build rapport and establish trust with decision-makers through various communication methods
  • Work and communicate closely with existing sponsors to ensure commitments are executed successfully
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sponsorship sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Manage inbound leads while proactively seeking new sponsorship opportunities
  • Develop compelling sales presentations, case studies, and proposals tailored to client objectives
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with confidence and integrity
  • Build a robust sponsorship pipeline through outbound prospecting, including cold outreach, networking, and industry events
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers at platforms, agencies, and corporate partners
  • Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to create new sponsorship opportunities
  • Shorten sales cycles, improve conversion rates, and maximize deal size
