Summary

The Senior Analyst, FP&A will be responsible for creating sales reports, assisting with month end close activities, executive level presentation building, providing business oversight on ancillary revenue streams, developing ad hoc financial models and KPIs, analyzing audience and ad performance, enhancing existing financial models, conducting weekly business analysis, maintaining, updating and refreshing financial reports, and partnering with revenue operations. The candidate should have 3-6 years of financial analysis experience, media experience is a plus, advanced excel skills, strong communication skills, comfort being autonomous, consistent ability to meet deadlines, confidence in asking questions, and Netsuite experience is a plus. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Create sales reports (commissions, QBRs, activity, path to goal)
  • Assist with month end close activities including operating expense reporting, accruals, and other entries
  • Executive level presentation building, including reporting on the latest trends and overall business health
  • Provide business oversight on ancillary revenue streams
  • Develop ad hoc financial models and KPIs to support growth for new business opportunities and existing relationships
  • Critical analysis of audience and ad performance to improve our relationships with our advertising partners. Analysis of our audience (LTV, Engagement) will ensure efficient marketing monetization
  • Enhance existing financial models, glean insights from existing KPIs and conduct weekly business analysis to inform decisions
  • Provide continuous trend analysis of balance sheet, P&L, and other key business drivers to improve our forecasting capabilities
  • Partner with revenue operations around packaging, sales activity and other data
  • Maintain, update and refresh weekly, monthly & quarterly financial reports
  • Work with the Accounting team to ensure financial results are reflected in a timely and accurate manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Media experience a plus
  • Netsuite experience a plus
