Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement robotic process automation solutions
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to identify automation opportunities
• Gather requirements and create efficient and scalable solutions that increase productivity, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Development efforts will focus on RPA and related areas of business process solutioning using Ui Path and Microsoft Power Automate
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business processes that can be automated
• Analyze business requirements and design efficient automation solutions that meet business needs and objectives
• Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions in accordance with industry best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with RPA solutions and provide technical support to end-users
• Collaborate with IT administrators to ensure proper integration with other systems and technologies
• Develop and maintain documentation for RPA solutions, including technical specifications and user manuals
