Requirements

  • Exceed quota assignment
  • Ensures a seamless transition of customer responsibility to Content Account Managers
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Learning Management, and Content Management industry
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years with sales experience, preferably in the Learning & Development industry

Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and develop presentations and demonstrations to highlight how and why Schoox’s content solution would suit the customer better than the competitor’s products
  • Create new prospects, qualify opportunities, demonstrate capabilities, develop proposals, and close sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns into your territory assignment
  • Build customer relations through sales and follow-up calls and product presentation/demonstrations
  • Respond effectively to RFPs
  • Leads all aspects of the sales process
  • Sells the complete offering of company content products and services to assigned opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must be a self-starter who assumes responsibility, recognizes problems, provides well thought-out solutions and takes initiatives to fix them
  • Participate in all content, sales, and process training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective
